BioSPE™ PureProt wird für die Reinigung und Entsalzung von intakten Proteinen und großen Peptiden (MW > 10kDa) aus biologischen Matrices (Serum, Plasma…) oder Lebensmittelmatrices (Milch) vor der LC-MS/MS-Analyse verwendet.

Das BioSPE™ PureProt Kit besteht aus:

  • Reinigungssäulen
  • Adapter (für Spitzenzentrifugation) und/oder Sammelwerkzeuge (Zentrifugenröhrchen oder Sammelplatten). Jedes Kit enthält zwei Sammelwerkzeuge (eines für die Konditionierungs-/Lade-/Waschschritte und eines für den Elutionsschritt)
  • Ein detailliertes Protokoll zur einfachen und effizienten Aufreinigung von Proteinen
